Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lb frozen pizza dough, thawed
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 4 ounces philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup romano cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 425 degrees f.
- 2 heat 1 tablespoons oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- 3 add onions; cook 15 to 20 minute or until tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- 4 place pizza dough on lightly floured baking sheet; stretch to fit 16 x 12-inch baking sheet.
