Chocolate Fudge Cake

Ingredients

- 4 ounces chocolate, chopped
- 6 tablespoons butter, cut in tablespoons
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325*f.
- 2 melt the chocolate in a medium saucepan over very low heat, stirring until smooth.
- 3 cream the butter until smooth; slowly add the melted chocolate until blended.
- 4 add the eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition.
- 5 add the sugar, then the flour.
- 6 lightly grease a 9x11" baking pan; pour in the batter and smooth the top.
- 7 bake for 25-30 minutes; do not overbake.
- 8 cool slightly in the pan before inverting.
- 9 serve with fresh berries and whipped cream, or sliced bananas and caramel sauce.
