Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2-1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted (for baking dish)
Recipe
- 1 mix the first 4 ingredients together and blend well to break up any lumps from flour.
- 2 put the butter in an 9 x 9 x 2" baking dish and distribute evenly.
- 3 pour batter into the pan.
- 4 bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes.
