Yorkshire Pudding

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted (for baking dish)

Recipe

  • 1 mix the first 4 ingredients together and blend well to break up any lumps from flour.
  • 2 put the butter in an 9 x 9 x 2" baking dish and distribute evenly.
  • 3 pour batter into the pan.
  • 4 bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes.
