Yummy Banana- Oat Bars

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 cups quick old fashioned oats (not instant)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup raisins or 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon date sugar (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
- 3 press dough in a 9x9-inch baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- 4 cool on wire rack. when cool, slice into squares or bars and serve.
