Yummy Banana- Oat Bars

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 cups quick old fashioned oats (not instant)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup raisins or 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon date sugar (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • 3 press dough in a 9x9-inch baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  • 4 cool on wire rack. when cool, slice into squares or bars and serve.
