Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 small zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in large skillet.
- 2 add zucchini and onion, saute for 5 minutes.
- 3 stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese.
- 4 cook and stir for 5 minutes.
- 5 remove from heat, place in bowl, and sprinkle with cheddar.
