Key Lime Chocolate Chipper Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 1 1/2 teaspoons lime zest
• 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f
• 2 in a bowl cream together butter, sugar, egg and egg yolk.
• 3 blend in the flour, baking powder, salt, lime juice and lime zest.
• 4 fold in chocolate chips.
• 5 roll dough into walnut sized balls.
• 6 placed on ungreased sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes.
• 7 let stand for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack to cool.
