- 2 1/2 lbs country-style lamb ribs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Recipe
- 1 place ribs in 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker, in small bowl combine all remaining ingredients, mix well, pour over ribs. cover, cook on low setting for 7-9 hours. spoon sauce over ribs.
