Kielbasa Quiche

Ingredients
- 9 inches pie shells, uncooked
- 2 slices cooked ham, slivered
- 2 tablespoons chives, snipped
- 1 ounce parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
- pepper
- 1/2 cup kielbasa, diced
- 1/2 lb swiss cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle pie shell with meat, chives and cheeses.
- 2 beat eggs lightly with half and half.
- 3 season to taste with pepper.
- 4 pour over meat.
- 5 bake at 375 degrees f for 45 minutes until crust is brown and filling is set.
