Kielbasa Quiche

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 9 inches pie shells, uncooked
  • 2 slices cooked ham, slivered
  • 2 tablespoons chives, snipped
  • 1 ounce parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup kielbasa, diced
  • 1/2 lb swiss cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle pie shell with meat, chives and cheeses.
  • 2 beat eggs lightly with half and half.
  • 3 season to taste with pepper.
  • 4 pour over meat.
  • 5 bake at 375 degrees f for 45 minutes until crust is brown and filling is set.
