Ingredients

- 1 large onion, chopped
- 16 ounces sauerkraut
- 1 cup dry white
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
- pepper
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced diagonally
Recipe
- 1 combine onion, sauerkraut, , bay leaves, caraway seeds and pepper in heavy large saucepan.
- 2 cover and simmer mixture for 30 minutes.
- 3 add sausage and simmer 20 minutes.
- 4 discard bay leaves and serve.
