- 3 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together to make a stiff dough.
- 2 knead well.
- 3 roll dough out very thin.
- 4 flour both sides of dough.
- 5 cut in half and form two rolls.
- 6 cut off narrow strips.
- 7 cook for a few minutes in a large pot of boiling water.
- 8 traditionally served with hot cream gravy made with 1/2 cup cream and 1-2 tablespoons melted butter and a pinch of salt.
