Ingredients

- 3 cups cubed rye bread
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 3 cups extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 at least an hour before cooking, pour the into a shallow bowl until it becomes flat.
- 2 dry the bread cubes on a baking sheet in a 300f oven until they are crisp but not browned, about 15-20 minutes.
