Lactose Free Creme Fraiche

Ingredients

• 250 ml of liddell's lactose-free yogurt
• 2 (250 ml) boxes of liddell's lactose-free light cream

Recipe

• 1 combine the two ingredients until smooth.
• 2 cover & keep in warm place (i use my husband's fish tank top!) for 12 - 24 hours.
• 3 refrigerate.
• 4 (will keep for a week).
