Ladolemono (a Simple Sauce For Fish)

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (only fresh!)
  • 1 generous teaspoon dijon mustard (or similar mustard)
  • 1 generous teaspoon finely-minced fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mediterranean oregano
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together all the ingredients in a small bowl until sauce is lightly emulsified. serve over your favourite fish that has been simply-prepared.
