Lasagna Casserole - Fake Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (16 ounce) package pasta shells, cooked
  • 6 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 24 ounces cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 3 (28 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce

  • 2 in a skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink and onion is tender; drain. sprinkle with salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; set aside.
