Ingredients

- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 11 ounces corn, vacuum sealed (or canned)
- 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook up ground beef, drain grease, remove from heat.
- 2 dump into a large casserole pan, spread evenly. then pour in corn, spread evenly. then potatoes, spread evenly. spread about 2 cups of the cheese on top of this.
- 3 place in oven at 350°f for about 30 minutes or until cheese starts to barely get crispy.
- 4 remove from oven, sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
- 5 serve and enjoy, salt and pepper to taste.
