Ingredients
- 22 jalapeno peppers, halved and seeded
- 1 lb sausage
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 seed and halve peppers. brown the sausage and drain well. add the cream cheese and parmesan and mix together. stuff pepper halves. bake at 425* for 15 minutes until golden brown.
