The 100 Calorie Blended Vanilla Frappuccino

Ingredients



  • 6 tablespoons cold water

  • 6 tablespoons milk (any kind)

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules (real coffee can be used. modifications will be listed below.)

  • 1 teaspoon of 0 calorie sugar substitute (1 teaspoon real sugar can be used in place of the 0 calorie sweetener, but it will result in a sligh)

  • 1/2-3/4 cup ice

  • 3 -4 teaspoons coffee creamer (optional)


Recipe



  • 1 blend water, milk, and instant coffee thouroughly until combined. (note: if using real coffee, brew 1/4 cup and 2 tbs. of extra strong coffee and let chill. then blend with milk until combined.).

  • 2 add sugar, ice, and coffee creamer, if using. blend on medium high until ice is gone.

  • 3 pour in a tall glass and enjoy!
