The Best Spinach Pie (and So Easy!)

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 pillsbury pie crust
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup jarlsberg cheese, grated
- 2 (10 ounce) packages spinach souffle, defrosted (i use stouffers)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 2 place the pie crust into a pie plate.
- 3 sauté mushrooms in butter (i use smart balance and it comes out great).
- 4 pour mushrooms into crust and spread evenly.
- 5 top with jarlsberg cheese.
- 6 top that with the spinach souffle.
- 7 bake for 30 minutes.
