The Best Spinach Pie (and So Easy!)

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 pillsbury pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup jarlsberg cheese, grated
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages spinach souffle, defrosted (i use stouffers)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
  • 2 place the pie crust into a pie plate.
  • 3 sauté mushrooms in butter (i use smart balance and it comes out great).
  • 4 pour mushrooms into crust and spread evenly.
  • 5 top with jarlsberg cheese.
  • 6 top that with the spinach souffle.
  • 7 bake for 30 minutes.
