Tomato / Vegetable Juice To Can

Ingredients
- 16 quarts tomatoes
- 8 medium green peppers
- 8 onions
- 4 stalks celery
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons salt
Recipe
- 1 chop veggies.
- 2 (or halve or quarter if using victorio strainer).
- 3 add water to partially cover (don't fill the pot),& cook all veggies until soft.
- 4 strain through victorio or fruit press or cheesecloth.
- 5 add sugar& salt& bring to a boil.
- 6 pour into jars once it's reached a'rolling' boil,and allow to set stationary 24 hours or until seal has set.
