Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Brownie Pie

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 3 ounces chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 add butter and sugar to a mixing bowl; cream together.
  • 2 add in eggs; beat until blended.
  • 3 add in flour, cocoa, and vanilla; stir to combine.
  • 4 fold in nuts and chips.
  • 5 pour mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  • 6 bake in a 325° oven for 35 minutes (pie should be moist; pick will not come out clean).
  • 7 let cool; but serve slightly warm.
  • 8 serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
