Yorkshire Pudding

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingreidents together.
  • 2 make a well in the center of flour.
  • 3 add milk, stir gradually.
  • 4 then beat as if you mean it.
  • 5 add eggs, one at a time, beat thouroughly after each one.
  • 6 now add cold water & beat until mixture is all frothy on top.
  • 7 put in fridge for at least one hour.
  • 8 1/2 fill piping hot greased muffin tins.
  • 9 bake for 30 mins or until well risen and browned.
