Key Lime Pie

Ingredients
- 4 large egg yolks
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in large bowl, beat the egg yolks for 1 minute.
- 3 add sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 the lime juice.
- 4 whisk until blended.
- 5 add remaining lime juice and all of the lime zest.
- 6 mix together.
- 7 pour into pie crust.
- 8 bake for 12 minutes.
- 9 let pie cool completely.
- 10 mix whipping cream and sugar until fluffy.
- 11 spread over pie.
