Kiwi Etc. Smoothie

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, very ripe (could use a frozen one, if desired)
  • 1/3 cup water, well chilled
  • 1 -1 1/2 tablespoon apple juice concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate
  • 1 kiwi, very ripe
  • 1/2 cup silken tofu

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients and "smoothie-ize" in a food processor, blender or with an immersion blender (that's what i used, since my banana was fresh).
