Spinach And Bacon Quiche

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • salt, to taste
  • freshly ground fresh coarse ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped & packed
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 (9 inch) refrigerated pie crusts, fitted to a 9-inch glass pie plate

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 375°f.
  • 2 combine the eggs, cream, salt and pepper in food processor or blender.
  • 3 layer the spinach, bacon and cheese in the bottom of the pie crust.
  • 4 the pour egg mixture on top.
  • 5 bake for 35-40 minutes until the egg mixture is set.
  • 6 cut into 8 wedges and serve.
