Spinach And Bacon Quiche

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- salt, to taste
- freshly ground fresh coarse ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped & packed
- 1 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 1 (9 inch) refrigerated pie crusts, fitted to a 9-inch glass pie plate
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 375°f.
- 2 combine the eggs, cream, salt and pepper in food processor or blender.
- 3 layer the spinach, bacon and cheese in the bottom of the pie crust.
- 4 the pour egg mixture on top.
- 5 bake for 35-40 minutes until the egg mixture is set.
- 6 cut into 8 wedges and serve.
