Yams With Lemon

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups yams, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon italian parsley, freshly chopped
  • salt
  • fresh ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375°f
  • 2 place the yams in a covered baking dish with just enough water to coat the bottom of the pan.
  • 3 bake for 45-50 minutes or until tender.
  • 4 sprinkle the lemon juice and parsley over yams. salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5 serve.
