Strawberry-rhubarb Crumble

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cups chopped raw rhubarb
  • 3 -4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 combine melted butter, rolled oats, 1 cup of flour and brown sugar.
  • 3 firmly press 3/4 of crumb mixture into a 9 inch pie plate.
  • 4 cover with rhubarb and strawberries.
  • 5 combine sugar and 3 tbsp of flour. sprinkle over rhubarb.
  • 6 cover with remaining crumb mixture.
  • 7 bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
