Spinach And Cheese Squares

Ingredients

• 4 ounces butter
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 lb monterey jack cheese, grated
• 4 cups chopped fresh spinach

Recipe

• 1 melt butter in a 9x13 inch pan.
• 2 beat eggs.
• 3 add flour, milk, salt and baking powder.
• 4 add cheese and spinach, mixing well.
• 5 spread into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
• 6 cool 30 minutes before serving.
• 7 cut into squares.
