Surprise Cheese Puffs

Ingredients

• Servings: 50
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 dash cayenne pepper
• 1 cup sifted flour
• 50 stuffed green olives, drained well

Recipe

• 1 blend butter, cheese, salt, paprika and cayenne.
• 2 stir in flour, mixing well.
• 3 mold 1 tsp.
• 4 of this mixture around each olive, covering completely.
• 5 arrange on baking sheet and chill until firm.
• 6 bake for 15 minutes in 400 degree oven.
• 7 serve hot.
• 8 can be frozen before baking and stored in plastic bag for future use.
• 9 bake as needed.
