Tarte Au Fromage De Chevre (goat Cheese Tart)

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust, ready made
  • 3 ounces goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3/4 cup half-and-half
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Recipe

  • 1 spread the pie crust into a 12 inch tart pan.
  • 2 toss crumbled goat cheese with olive oil and thyme and set aside.
  • 3 mix the remaining ingredients together.
  • 4 add the cheese mixture.
  • 5 spread the completed mixture over the pie crust and bake for 35 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
