Ingredients
- 1 pie crust, ready made
- 3 ounces goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3/4 cup half-and-half
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 spread the pie crust into a 12 inch tart pan.
- 2 toss crumbled goat cheese with olive oil and thyme and set aside.
- 3 mix the remaining ingredients together.
- 4 add the cheese mixture.
- 5 spread the completed mixture over the pie crust and bake for 35 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
