Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 2 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed firmly
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- salt
- 3 drops vanilla extract
- chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 mix butter, cream cheese and flour until smooth for the crust.
- 2 line mini muffin tins with dough.
- 3 sprinkle a few pecans on dough in muffin tins.
- 4 fill cups 2/3 full with filling.
- 5 spread a few nuts on top of each.
- 6 bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes.
- 7 lower temperature to 250 for 10 minutes.
