Spinach And Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed,drained,and squeezed dry
- 13 1/2 ounces tortilla chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 combine 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, sour cream, 2 tblsp.
- 3 parmesan and next 6 ingredients (pepper through spinach) in a large bowl, and stir until well blended.
- 4 spoon mixture into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- 5 sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella and 2 tblsp.
- 6 parmesan.
- 7 bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- 8 serve with tortilla chips.
