Yeast-free Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2/3 cup soymilk
Recipe
- 1 put pizza stone in oven. preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 in a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and oregano. mix in the egg and the milk and stir well.
- 3 transfer to a lightly floured surface. knead dough until smooth, adding more flour if the dough is very sticky. roll out dough and transfer to preheated pizza stone.
- 4 bake crust in preheated oven for 20 minutes. add toppings and bake about 10 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
