Yeast-free Pizza Dough

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2/3 cup soymilk

Recipe

  • 1 put pizza stone in oven. preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 in a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and oregano. mix in the egg and the milk and stir well.
  • 3 transfer to a lightly floured surface. knead dough until smooth, adding more flour if the dough is very sticky. roll out dough and transfer to preheated pizza stone.
  • 4 bake crust in preheated oven for 20 minutes. add toppings and bake about 10 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
