Key Lime Pie Ii

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 7 large egg yolks
  • 4 teaspoons finely grated key lime zest
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup fresh key lime juice, strained
  • whipped cream

Recipe

  • 1 to make the crust, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 in a bowl, stir together the crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly moistened.
