Low Calorie Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crystal lite beverage
  • 1/2 banana
  • 4 ice cubes

Recipe

  • 1 add 1/2 - 3/4 cup of your favorite crystal light beverage (i like fruit punch), 1/2 bananna, 4-5 ice cubes in a blender. blend on high until smooth. pour in a glass and enjoy.
  • 2 adjust ingredients to your preferred consistency. try your favorite fruits.
