Low Carb Cheesecake Mousse

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 (1/3 ounce) box sugar-free jello
  • 1/2 cup boiling water

Recipe

  • 1 melt sugar free jello (any flavor) in boiling water.
  • 2 stir well to dissolve and cool slightly.
  • 3 beat softened cream cheese until smooth and stir in cooled jello.
  • 4 lightly fold in heavy cream until well mixed.
  • 5 pour into serving dishes and put in fridge to chill at least 3 hours.
