Key Lime Shrimp

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 key limes or 2 limes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 20 large shrimp, in shells
  • hot pepper sauce

Recipe

  • 1 cut 4 thin slices of lime, and grate a tsp of zest, then squeeze to get 2 tbsp juice.
  • 2 in skillet heat butter& oil.
  • 3 add garlic, lime zest and juice, worcestershire, cook until bubbling, add shrimp and cook 2 minutes, turn over, add hot sauce and cook 2 minutes longer.
  • 4 serve with sauce, lime slices and french bread, eat with your fingers and lots of napkins.
