Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

• 4 ounces licor 43 (cuarenta tres)
• 2 ounces half-and-half
• 2 ounces lime juice (key west brand)
• crushed ice
• cold water
• graham cracker crumbs
• sliced lime, for garnish (optional)

Recipe

• 1 fill 1/2 of a shaker with crushed ice.
• 2 add cold water, until almost 3/4 of shaker is filled up, shake well.
• 3 add licor 43, half and half and lime juice; shake well.
• 4 moisten rim of glasses, dip into graham cracker crumbs, coating each rim of glass.
• 5 pour mixture into glasses; garnish with lime slice and serve.
