Low Carb Coconut Pancakes

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe

  • 1 whisk all ingredients together in bowl. heat skillet on med heat, spray pan with cooking spray or veg oil. make pancakes to desired size. 16 pancakes = .6 net carbs each pancake, whole recipe is 10 carbs.
