Lady Alice Biscuits

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 200 g plain flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 70 g custard powder
  • 70 g icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Recipe

  • 1 knead all ingredients together with one hand, until dough is completely smooth and even.
  • 2 roll into teaspoon-sized balls and lay out on a baking tray, before pressing down from the top on each biscuit with a fork.
  • 3 cook in a moderate over for 15-20 minutes, until golden on top.
