Lamb Shish Kabob Marinade

Total Time: 12 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 12 hrs Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 6 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup tomato sauce, hunt's
  • 4 medium onions, very thinly sliced
  • 6 garlic cloves, chopped finely
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

Recipe

  • 1 cube lamb into 2 inch cubes.
  • 2 combine all above ingrediants and and lamb cubes in large bowl.
  • 3 marinade for 12 hours.
  • 4 place on skewers.
  • 5 slowly barbeque and evenly over hot coals till desired tenderness/wellness.
