Lamb Shish Kabob Marinade

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons white vinegar
- 6 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 6 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup tomato sauce, hunt's
- 4 medium onions, very thinly sliced
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped finely
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
Recipe
- 1 cube lamb into 2 inch cubes.
- 2 combine all above ingrediants and and lamb cubes in large bowl.
- 3 marinade for 12 hours.
- 4 place on skewers.
- 5 slowly barbeque and evenly over hot coals till desired tenderness/wellness.
