Ingredients

- 2 lbs lamb, cut into cubes
- 1 1/2 lbs raw mushrooms (porcini or shiitake, or any you have on hand)
- extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 drizzle oil liberally over lamb and whole mushrooms in casserole dish.
- 2 sprinkle salt and red pepper flakes.
- 3 bake covered at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
