Low Fat/low Sugar Banana Bread

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 1/3 cups bananas, mashed overripe
