Low Fat Sugar Free Banana Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 45 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2/3 cup splenda granular
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 bananas
  • 1/4 cup applesauce

Recipe

  • 1 pre heat oven to 350 degrees.combine eggs, butter and apple sauce; mix well. add vanilla, splenda sugar and cinnamon; do this with a mixer. then add your baking soda, baking powder and bananas; it will be a lumpy mixture when fininshed. last add your flour in gradually.bake for 60 to 65 minutes.
