Low Fat Salmon Salad (kosher- Pareve)

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 200 g canned salmon, 1 can drained (kirkland's boneless & skinless atlantic salmon -- 200 cal, 7.5 g fat per 100 g)
  • 2 plum tomatoes, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 pickles, chopped (i like to use the dill pickles)
  • 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 50 g lemon juice, yield from 1 whole fresh lemon

Recipe

  • 1 mix all - and serve.
  • 2 enjoy!
