Low Fat Granola (katherine Daalman's)

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 cups oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup pecans

Recipe

  • 1 put cup of brown sugar in water and microwave until melted.
  • 2 meanwhile, mix oats and nuts.
  • 3 pour brown sugar/water mixture over oat and nut mixture and stir.
  • 4 bake at 250 degrees until toasted.
  • 5 break up and add dried fruit if desired.
  • 6 store in air-tight container.
