Ingredients

- 1/2 cup fat-free margarine, melted
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup skim milk, room temperature
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 2 (15 ounce) cans peaches in light syrup, drained
- 1/2 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 melt butter and spread in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- 2 mix together flour, sugar, baking powder & salt and stir in milk & egg.
- 3 pour evenly over melted butter.
- 4 combine peaches, sugar & spices and spread over batter but do not stir together.
- 5 bake 35-45 minutes at 350°f until batter is golden brown.
- 6 serve alone or a la mode! enjoy!
