Low-fat Banana Bars

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 9
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 mashed banana (ripe)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8 inch pan.
  • 2 mix dry ingredients.
  • 3 add milk and banana; beat for two minutes or until well mixed.
  • 4 add egg and beat for 30 seconds.
  • 5 bake for 30 minutes.
