- 1 1/2 lbs small unpeeled redskin potatoes
- 3/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped italian parsley
- 1/2 cup crumbly bleu cheese
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced olives
- 1/2 cup wegmans mighty caesar salad dressing
Recipe
- 1 cover potatoes with cold water, bring to boil.
- 2 reduce heat; cook at slow boil 4 to 5 minutes until tender.
- 3 drain and run under cool water; quarter.
- 4 combine with remaining ingredients and toss.
