Ingredients
- 1 lb salted nuts
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- 2 add sugar; beat until blended.
- 3 stir in nuts until covered.
- 4 spread nuts in melted butter in a 9x13 inch pan.
- 5 bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees; stir every 10 minutes.
- 6 let cool in pan.
- 7 pecans work great!
