Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 lb fresh okra, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
Recipe
- 1 fry bacon; remove from pan, dry on paper towel.
- 2 fry onion and bell pepper in bacon grease over medium heat; add okra and tomatoes.
- 3 top with bacon.
- 4 stirring often, cook about 20 to 25 minutes.
- 5 drain of excess grease.
- 6 serve.
